Artist at Work - Brad Davis

  • The Harlan Hubbard Studio and Nature Preserve 129 Highland Avenue Fort Thomas, KY, 41075 United States (map)

Join us on the third Saturday of each month in the historic Harlan Hubbard Art Studio from 10:00 am - 1:00pm. (The studio is only open on this day and time.)

Join us to watch an Artist at Work! Local artist Brad Davis will be doing a live oil painting demonstration in which he'll discuss his process from beginning to end when painting en plein air. Visitors will be able to watch a painting evolve from start to finish and can interact / ask questions as he works.

Brad is the Harlan Hubbard Studio and Nature Preserve’s first Artist in Residence and will be working with us throughout 2022, creating art in the spirit of Harlan Hubbard. Brad currently teaches at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, the University of Cincinnati, and Manifest Drawing Center, and has work in galleries around the country. You can learn more about him and see some of his work on his website, BradDavisArtist.com.

There will be activities for the kids so please have them join us!

(Studio is located behind the house at the back of the property.)

NOTE: There are no restrooms on-site so please plan accordingly.
