WOODLAND INVASIVE PLANTS AND ERADICATION METHODS

This class led by Mark Leopold will teach about Invasive plant species in our local forests and how the Conservancy plans to get rid of these.  Not only will you learn to identify the invasive plants, but those that are commonly mistaken for them.   This class will be approximately 1 ½ hours.  Pending interest, attendees may stay for an additional hour to get hands-on removing invasive species.

Class will meet at the Model Native Garden in front of the museum in Tower Park.
