Join local birder, Debra Hausrath, for an introduction into watching our birds.

She will share ideas on how to get started if you aren’t already into birding.  She will also have information on handy apps for your phone, books you might consider owning, publications on birding, how to buy binoculars and spotting scopes, and information on feeding birds in the winter.  We will also look at and talk about the birds we hear and see that day at the studio.  Feel free to bring a lawn chair.  There is such a thing as “birding by butt."  :-)  It’s so easy and relaxing.  Just sit in a chair and see what comes to you!

(Studio is located behind the house at the back of the property.)
