Feed the Birds!

D.J. Scully, the Natural Resources and Environmental Management agent for the Campbell County Extension office, will be at the studio from 10:00-11:00.  He will bring easy-to-assemble bird feeder kits which will be available to the first 25 families who attend.  He will share some information on birds and bird feeding.  The feeders are made from recycled materials.

Debra Hausrath, an avid birder, is the host for the day and will be there all 3 hours.  She will have displays and information on feeding the birds in our area, what birds you can expect at your feeders, and example of feeders and samples of seeds.  She will also have a bag of seeds for you to take home and get started.  

(Studio is located behind the house at the back of the property.)

NOTE: There are no restrooms on-site so please plan accordingly.
